Party Deposits to reserve party dates are non-refundable. No exceptions. Once your event is scheduled, we proactively get busy with the details of your event! From ordering decor & supplies, executing invitations, and ordering the cake..but not limited to.

hat exactly is an inclusive spa party?
A:
It's where everything is covered in one price, plus applicable taxes and charges. We take on the stress for you and all that is left is showing up with the guests of honor! There is one price for the package. When you reserve your date, you lock in the current price and inclusions. However because we are a destination venue, each party/group and ala carte service provided is assessed an 15% Service Charge + 15% Gratuity Charge.

Its recommended to reserve your date and time atleast 4-6 weeks in advance.

How Do I Book my Event?
Call our phone line (Leave a VM) or Contact Me form. Due to heavy call volumes, please allow 72 hours for a phone call response during the weekdays. Because we are in the field Fridays-Sundays, our booking agents will follow up on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 11:00am-8pm, in the order they are received. We ask that voicemails are left due to the amount of solicitors and spam calls.

At this time, our Day Spa Venue has a minimum age requirement of age 7, a max group of 15 and our events are daycamp style and drop-off only. If you are celebrating a princess under the age of 7 or need to host more guests & parents, we recommend reserving our mobile spa services! Our Mobile Spa Parties are available for ages 1+ and a max guest limit of 25 participants.
